What ExportBali Does

Bali sourcing services: everything between your brief and your container

Most people think a sourcing agent just “finds products.” That’s the beginning of the job, not the whole thing. A bad sourcing experience doesn’t fall apart at the search stage. It falls apart at quality control, or export documentation, or when the cargo company packs your container badly.

I’ve seen all of it. Which is why I cover the entire chain.

Sourcing & Buying

Bali Sourcing Agent

I find the right supplier for your product, from my verified network or from factories I visit in person. This isn’t a Google search. It’s 20+ years of relationships, put to work on your brief.

Buying Agent

Already know what you want? I act as your local buyer, negotiating price, placing the order, and managing the supplier relationship on your behalf.

Supplier Verification

Before you commit to any supplier, I’ll visit them, verify their operation, and give you an honest report. Saves you from very expensive mistakes.

Factory & Supplier Visits

I go to the workshop while your order is being made, not just before it starts. I see the timber, the weave, the finish and the working conditions, and I send you photos of what I find.

Buying Trips

Visiting Bali yourself? I’ll plan and guide a focused buying trip to the workshops most relevant to your goals. No tourist stops.

Quality & Compliance

Quality Control

Before your goods ship, I inspect them against your specifications. Dimensions, finish, materials, quantity. If something’s wrong, it gets fixed before it leaves Bali.

Export Documentation

Certificate of origin, commercial invoice, packing list, phytosanitary certificates: all prepared correctly so your shipment clears customs without delays.

Logistics

Shipping & Logistics

FCL, LCL, air freight: I coordinate the whole thing with the cargo partner I have worked with for 20+ years. One contact, one process, one less thing to manage.

Which services you need depends on who you are

Most clients use several of these together rather than one on its own. These pages set out the usual combination for each type of buyer:

Not sure where to start?

Read how it works for the full sequence from brief to delivery, or my story if you want to know who you would be working with first.

Tell me what you’re sourcing

Send me the product, the quantities, and where it’s going. If it isn’t something I can source well, I’ll tell you that instead of taking the brief anyway.
