For Importers & Wholesalers

You know how to move containers. I know how to fill them properly.

Experienced importers have usually been through the full range of Bali sourcing experiences. Some excellent, some expensive, most somewhere in between. By the time they find me, they’re not looking for a sales pitch. They’re looking for someone reliable who can be genuinely useful. Here’s what I offer importers specifically.

Multi-supplier consolidation

Most importer orders include products from several different workshops. I coordinate pickup from multiple factories, consolidate at the cargo warehouse, and ship as a single consignment. One set of documentation. One freight quote. See shipping and logistics from Bali.

No storage charges while you build a container

Buy more than fits and the rest waits in Bali until your next shipment. My cargo partner does not charge for that, and in 20+ years they have never charged one of my clients for it. Most forwarders give you one month, then bill by the cubic metre. Goods left with no shipping plan are covered in my terms and conditions.

Consistent quality across repeated orders

For regular import programs, consistency matters. I maintain relationships with the same suppliers across multiple orders, and I hold them to the same standard every time. This is the core of what I do as a Bali sourcing agent.

Specification management in Bahasa

Your product specs need to be understood precisely by Indonesian workshop owners, not interpreted through a translation app. I communicate your requirements in Bahasa, which eliminates the most common source of production errors.

Pre-shipment QC against your specs

Before anything goes in a container, I check it. Not a sample, the actual goods going into your order. See quality control before shipping.

Documentation for any destination

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificates, fumigation paperwork: all handled correctly for your destination country. See export documentation.

What I need from you to get started

The more specific you are upfront, the faster and more accurately I can come back with a useful response:

  • Product specifications: photos, drawings, dimensions, materials, quantities
  • Your delivery timeline, so I can manage production schedules realistically
  • Destination country, which affects documentation requirements
  • Your target price range, so I can assess which suppliers are viable

If you are importing from Bali for the first time, read how to import from Bali before you send the brief. It sets out the whole sequence. For the wider picture of what I handle, see Bali sourcing services.

Frequently asked questions

Can you handle repeat orders on a regular schedule?

Yes. Regular importer clients set up ongoing programs: quarterly container orders, monthly LCL consolidations, seasonal sourcing. I manage the supplier relationships continuously, not just for one-off orders.

Do you work with importers in specific countries?

I’ve shipped to Europe (Germany, Netherlands, France, UK, Spain, Belgium), Australia, USA, UAE, and several other markets. Documentation requirements vary by destination and I know the specifics for most major importing countries.

What’s your commission structure for importers?

I charge a commission of 15% on the value of the goods, excluding shipping. That is the rate for everyone, whatever the size of the order. No retainer, no hidden fees, no supplier kickbacks. Shipping is quoted separately and paid before anything moves.

Can you source from multiple categories in one order?

Yes, and that’s usually the most efficient approach. Furniture from Bali, natural stone from Bali, decor and textiles in one container is common. I coordinate across categories and manage the documentation for the full mixed shipment.

Ready to discuss a sourcing program?

Send me your brief: products, quantities, destination, timeline. I’ll come back with a realistic response, not a template.
