My name is Sasha. I’m not running this from a laptop in Europe.
I’m Indonesian. I grew up in Java and moved to Bali in 1999. I’ve been sourcing here since 2003. Indonesian is my first language, so I deal with suppliers directly, no translator in between. I know which workshops are solid and which ones cut corners. My English is fluent. My husband Daniel is German. He looks after German-speaking clients, and he’s a second pair of eyes on quality before anything ships. I handle your order from your first message to the moment it clears customs.
