Interior designers come to Bali for what they can’t find anywhere else: handmade pieces with genuine craft behind them, natural materials with real texture, and custom production capacity that doesn’t require luxury-brand pricing. The challenge is always logistics. Getting dimensions exactly right, coordinating production with project timelines, managing export documentation, ensuring finishes match the sample. That’s what I handle.
What I do for designers specifically
Material and piece sourcing
You have a reference image, a finish sample, or a sketch. I find the closest match in Bali, or I find a workshop that can produce it to specification.
Custom production management
Most Bali workshops can work from designer drawings. I manage the brief in Bahasa, clarify details that need clarifying, and flag potential production issues before they become expensive mistakes.
Sample coordination
Before full production, I arrange samples, photographed and measured against your spec. Your approval before anything is produced at scale.
Timeline management
Project timelines are real constraints for designers. I’m realistic about production timelines from the start and I communicate proactively if anything changes.
Mixed-category sourcing
One project might need stone flooring, teak furniture, handmade lighting, and decorative objects. I source all of it and consolidate into one shipment.

Frequently asked questions
Can you work from design drawings or mood board references?
Yes, that’s a regular part of working with designers. Send me whatever reference material you have and I’ll translate it into a production brief for Bali workshops.
What are typical lead times for custom pieces?
Production typically takes 4–8 weeks after sample approval, depending on complexity and quantity. Add 4–5 weeks for sea freight to Europe or Australia. Plan accordingly, and tell me your installation date upfront so I can work backwards.
Can I get exclusive designs, pieces no other designer can order?
In some cases, yes. Some workshops will agree to design exclusivity for a minimum order commitment. I negotiate this on your behalf.
Do you work with residential or commercial designers?
Both. Residential projects, boutique hotels, restaurants and spas: the product categories overlap significantly. The main variable is volume and timeline pressure, which I’ll ask about upfront.
Can I come to Bali and select pieces myself?
